God Loves You!  Do you know this?

If you know that Christ, who died and rose again, is the living proof of God's marvelous love then PRAISE BE TO HIS NAME!!!  We encourage you to continue in your walk of faith, DAILY seeking His word and praying with thanksgiving and praise that God is good!

If there is still doubt in your mind or you are completely unaware that God could and DOES love you, then please, continue reading.

  • First, you must admit that there is sin in your life.
~ Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
  • Next, you must admit that this sin will only lead to death.
~ Romans 6:23a - For the wages of sin is death. . .

This sin hinders your ability to find favor in God's sight (Isaiah 59:2).  BUT, thankfully, God has made a way to conquer sin and have a relationship with Him.  This way is by accepting Jesus Christ, His death for your sins, and His ressurction as the assurance of life with God.
  • So, you must repent (tell God what you have done wrong and ask Him to forgive you):
~ Acts 3:19 - Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of
the Lord.

~ 1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleans us from all unrighteousness.
  • Now, you may believe in God's love and grace (forgiveness that we do not deserve) through His Son:
~ Romans 6:23b - but the GIFT of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our
Lord.

~ Romans 5:8 - But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

~ 1 Corinthians 15:3 & 4 - For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.

~ John 3:16 - For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
  • Accept Christ into your heart and call on His name!
~ Romans 10:13 - For whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be
  saved!

~ John 1:12 - But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
  • If you believe that all of the above is fact, then you may pray this simple prayer, not just with words, but with your heart, and you will become a Child of God!
"Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I know You died on the cross for me. I now turn from my sins and ask You to forgive me. I invite You into my heart and life. I trust You as the Living Savior and will forever follow You as Lord. Thank You for saving me. Amen."
  • Now, you are a new creation in Christ.
~2 Corintians 5:17 - Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.
  • As a new creation, there is a commitment involved, where one daily seeks after the Lord.
~ Luke 9:23 - Then He said to them, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me."
